Shipping policy

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During sales, holidays, product launches, or unusually busy periods, additional processing time may be required.

Estimated delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control. Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available. Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
